Welcome to Sociable AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and web platform (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using premium features.

4.2 Subscription Plans

• Essential Plan ($9.99/month): 2 social accounts, 10 posts/month, basic features
• Unlimited Plan ($19.99/month): Unlimited accounts and posts, full features

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your paid period

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or post through the Service ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

5.2 License Grant

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Store, process, and display your User Content to provide the Service
• Transmit your User Content to connected social media platforms as you direct
• Create backups and archives for service reliability

5.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use all content you post
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Your content complies with the terms of connected social media platforms

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• You should not rely solely on AI-generated content without verification

• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service

10. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in the app or by contacting us.

• Your account shows suspicious or fraudulent activity

• We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ends immediately

• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them freely.
