Download a portable copy of your data in a machine-readable format (JSON). This includes your posts, scheduled content, and connected accounts.
Delete My Account
Permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Warning: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data including posts, scheduled content, connected accounts, and subscription. You will not be able to recover this data.
How We Process Requests

We verify your identity to protect your data from unauthorized access.
2. Processing (3-14 days)
We process your request and prepare the appropriate response or action.
3. Completion (within 30 days)
You receive confirmation and any requested data via secure email.

How long does it take to process my request?
We process all requests within 30 days as required by GDPR and CCPA. Most requests are completed within 7-14 days.
Will I lose my subscription if I delete my account?
Yes, your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon account deletion. Any remaining paid time will not be refunded.
Can I recover my data after deletion?
No, account deletion is permanent. We recommend exporting your data before requesting deletion if you want to keep a copy.
What data is included in an export?
Your data export includes: account information, profile data, all created posts and content, scheduled posts, connected social accounts (names only, not credentials), subscription history, and activity logs.
Do you delete data from connected platforms?
We only delete data stored in Sociable AI. Content posted to social media platforms through our service remains on those platforms. You'll need to delete it directly from each platform.
